Gatlinburg Trolley Routes Information

There are no fares or fees to ride the Gatlinburg Trolleys.

Trolley Operating Hours in March and April are 10:30 a.m. until 10 p.m. daily. Beginning April 29, Trolley hours are from 8:30 a.m. until midnight. The Trolley System Yellow Route begins service to the Arts and Crafts Community on April 2, with daily hours of operation from 10:30 a.m. until 6 p.m.

The Trolley system’s Purple Route serves the free Gatlinburg Park N’Ride lot and the Gatlinburg Welcome Center located on Highway 441/Spur between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. The route departs approximately every 45 minutes from the free Park N’Ride lot, South, through the entrance to Gatlinburg and along the Parkway, continuing South on River Road servicing portions of Ski Mountain Road before returning to the Parkway traveling downtown, where it will stop at the Gatlinburg Mass Transit Center, before completing the route back to the Gatlinburg Welcome Center.

The Trolley System’s Blue Route serves the free Gatlinburg Park N’Ride lot located next to City Hall on East Parkway and offers convenient access to shops, lodging, and attractions. The route begins at the Gatlinburg Mass Transit Center at traffic light #5 approximately every 45 minutes and runs along Parkway to US Highway 321 East Parkway to Rocky Top Sports World up to the Gatlinburg Community Center before returning to the downtown area, where it stops at the Transit Center at the Aquarium. The route then continues south on the Parkway, Highway 441, traveling to Traffic Light 8, turning left onto Historic Nature Trail/Airport Road to the Park Vista. From the Park Vista, the route will travel Cherokee Orchard Road, servicing Baskins Creek, Stephens Drive, and Woliss Lane accessing the Parkway at Traffic Light 6, then completing its route at the Gatlinburg Mass Transit Center.
