Are you planning a Gatlinburg wedding in the near future? Save time by submitting an online marriage license pre-application, directly through the Sevier County Clerk’s website. Just fill out your Tennessee marriage license form and submit it with your payment. They accept VISA and MasterCard. Within the next 30 days, you’ll need to pick up your marriage license in Tennessee at a conveniently located office listed below. Both parties must attend and present a legal form of identification to complete the application for marriage in Tennessee. All current state laws apply to couples that complete an online pre-application form for a Tennessee marriage license. Couples under 18 years of age will NOT be allowed to complete and submit an online pre-application form for marriage in Tennessee. Couples completing an online application form will be given a receipt for their transaction.
