Throughout the year, Gatlinburg has events open to everyone and in every season. You can find events which include parades, concerts, food festivals and craft fairs. If you would like to be an integral part of one of these fantastic events, complete the volunteer form below. The Gatlinburg Convention and Visitors Bureau is aware of fraudulent activities where individuals are impersonating our organization and soliciting vendors on our behalf. Please be advised that all legitimate communications from the Gatlinburg Convention and Visitors Bureau regarding public events will originate exclusively from email addresses ending in @gatlinburg.com. We will never request payments through Venmo or similar payment applications. If you receive any suspicious communications or payment requests, please contact us directly at Events@gatlinburg.com to verify their authenticity. Protect yourself from scams by ensuring all interactions are with verified Gatlinburg Convention and Visitors Bureau representatives.
