Join Gatlinburg city officials for the grand illumination of the Gatlinburg Christmas Tree at 7:25 PM on the Parkway Plaza at Traffic Light #3. This festive moment marks the official kickoff of the evening’s holiday celebrations!

The Gatlinburg Fantasy of Lights Christmas Parade begins at Baskins Creek Bypass, proceeds to Traffic Light #3, turns south onto the Parkway, and concludes at Traffic Light #10. Make sure to arrive early to secure a great spot along the route!

To accommodate the parade, please be aware of the following traffic updates for Friday afternoon:
- 4:30 PM – Outbound lanes of East Parkway will shift to one lane for float staging.
- 6:50 PM (approx.) – Inbound lane will close.
- 7:00 PM (approx.) – All traffic along the parade route will shut down.
Please stay alert and be mindful of your surroundings. Police officers and EMS staff will be stationed throughout the route for public safety and assistance.

Enjoy premium parade views with Grandstand VIP Seating, available in two prime locations:
- TV Zone (Traffic Light #3) – Near the start of the parade route
- Gatlinburg Convention Center – Located mid-route
Each grandstand ticket includes:

✔️ A commemorative Santa hatSeating begins at 5:30 PM, and the parade steps off at 7:30 PM.
- Children under age 5 may sit on an adult’s lap without a ticket.
- Strollers are not permitted in the grandstand area, and parking for strollers will not be provided.
