Create your own piece of artwork at one of the top-rated arts and crafts events in Gatlinburg this spring. Best of all, no experience necessary. Arts and crafts lovers have the opportunity to own a beautifully crafted piece of artwork made with their very own hands. Studios throughout the Great Smoky Arts & Crafts Community will host a variety of different workshops, providing guests the chance to learn how to make their favorite crafts from the professionals themselves.

Great Smoky Arts & Crafts Community Easter Craft Show 2019
Encounter live demos and the chance to shop unique, one-of-a-kind items made by Great Smoky Arts & Crafts Community’s renowned artists and crafters at this free-to-attend event at the Gatlinburg Convention Center. Show hours are from 10 a.m.- 5 p.m. daily.
2. Get Your Wine On
Gatlinburg Wine Tour and Smoky Mountain Wine Fest
Sanctioned by the Tennessee Wineries Association, the weekend includes a private tour of multiple Gatlinburg wineries on Friday night and Smoky Mountain Wine Fest on Saturday. Over 28+ wineries and food vendors from across Tennessee will provide samples of their signature blends and dishes for guests to savor and purchase. New this year, guests can enjoy a more intimate tasting experience with the purchase of the festival’s exclusive VIP pass. Tickets to Gatlinburg Wine Tour are limited. Smoky Mountain Trout Tournament
Time to tie a fly on the line and get in the river during the Smoky Mountain Trout Tournament. Open to adults and children, everyone is sure to get lucky with more than 10,000 trout stocked in over 20 miles of streams prior to the two-day event.
69th Annual Spring Wildflower Pilgrimage
Experience the splendor of spring in the Smokies during the four-day event offering a variety of professionally guided programs that explore the region’s rich wildflowers, wildlife, ecology, natural history, photographic beauty through tours and indoor seminars.
4. Get Green
Earth Day 5K
When the mountains “go green” Gatlinburg gets going! Runners and walkers are invited to celebrate Earth Day by getting a move-on during the city’s annual nighttime Earth Day 5K Run/Walk.
