Magic Tricks You Can Make

Each student will learn to make simple magic tricks from common items. You will learn to predict an item a spectator will chose from multiple choices. Convince a spectator you knew which item they would choose even before you ask them to think of one. Make a classic rope trick and learn to perform it. Craft a simple magic prop and learn to make colors change at will. Not only will you learn to make magic tricks using some everyday objects from around the house, you will learn the basics of sleight of hand! This class also includes Make It Magic's instructional DVD for you to take home so you can continue to learn the craft of magic. Learn basic card moves to put you in control of the deck. Learn coin sleights to make coins appear and disappear at your command. Learn to make and perform two classic rope tricks. Minors must be accompanied by an adult. (Limit 1 non-participating adult per minor.)
