Responsible for checking in and out members, owners, and guests, and perform front desk related functions. Ensure all pending arrival information is accurate-check rates and prepare upcoming arrival packets w/necessary materials and information. Check in/out members, owners and guests. Follow through on requests and/or concerns in a timely manner. Handle and resolve complaints. Verify guest information for additional keys, telephone calls, and packages. Answer telephone with proper etiquette and transfer calls accordingly. Communicate with all internal departments including housekeeping and engineering. Balance all end of day shift reports and verify all credit card transactions. Complete night audit as well as the checklist. Complete special projects, stocking, list items to be ordered and daily bucket checks. Report incidents to management/safety immediately. Complete all required Company required trainings and compliance courses as assigned. Adhere to all Company standards and maintain compliance with all policies and procedures. Perform other related duties as assigned.
