Guest Experience Technician

The Guest Experience Technician supports the Operations Team in the oversight and execution of VTrips Standards resulting in exceeding our guests experience by providing safe, clean, & exceptional properties while working side by side with the operational support team.

Essential Functions:

  • Perform PLACE audits
  • Loose linen submissions for Monday of the next week
  • Record and purchase inventory for area fulfillment 
  • All required fleetio vehicle submissions
  • Report purchase orders to Guest Experience Support Manager
  • Organize and clean warehouse
  • Assists team with needed inspections and tasks
  • Assists with disinfectant spraying of properties
  • Assists with laundry tasks such as packing, sorting, and ticketing
  • Any other tasks as assigned by supervisor 

 Deliver/Pick Up of linen

  • Pick-up and drop-off laundry at various offices and other properties using company laundry truck
  • Loan/unload a variety of laundry bins, push/pull bins on different surfaces
  • Secure linens for transport
  • Assist other drivers and staff with loading, unloading, and dispersing the linen
  • Follow all safety procedures to ensure a safe driving, be cautious of road conditions and other traffic
  • Maintain laundry processing flow to manage delivery and pickup times
  • Responsible for in and out log data

Physical Demands: Sitting – 5% Walking/Standing – 95%. Required to stoop, bend, stretch, twist, and reach. Regularly lift 35 lbs. and occasionally up to 50 lbs. Must be able to talk or hear. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

Mental Demands: Organize and multi-task.

Environmental: Exposure to and working with household chemicals. Moderate to heavy noise level when in the warehouse. 

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work

Full-time position. Varies based upon business needs. Ability to work weekends and holidays.

Requirements

Reliable transportation (Ability to drive from work location to work location)

Work Authorization/Security Clearance

Must be eligible to work in the United States. Must pass a background screening.
