Celebrate at Ripley’s Aquarium of the Smokies

On Sunday, May 5 from 6:30 to 9 p.m., spend Cinco de Mayo at the Aquarium. A ticket includes: Aquarium admission, dinner buffet, dessert, soft drinks, and a souvenir photo! A cash Bar will also be available. Purchase online or in person. Limited seating available.

Make a Moonshine Margarita by Doc Collier Moonshine

1 oz lime juice
1/2 oz orange juice
1 teaspoon granulated sugar
1 oz Doc Collier moonshine
Ice
1 lime wedge
Margarita salt or sea salt, for serving

In a cocktail shaker or bar glass, combine the lime juice, orange juice and sugar. Add the moonshine and fill the cocktail shaker with ice. Cover and shake well. Run the lime wedge around the rim of a mason jar and dip the rim in the salt. Strain the drink into the glass and serve.
