Anakeesta is well-known for its many instagramable scenic spots where couples of all ages come to declare their love and propose.  From AnaVista Tower, Gatlinburg’s highest point with 360 ⁰ mountain views, to the heart-shaped twigloo in Vista Gardens that frames Mt. LeConte perfectly, the park has become the epicenter of love for many.
“Anakeesta has become quite the popular destination to propose since we opened in 2017,” said Marketing Director Michele Canney. “An evening of gorgeous mountain views, romantic violin music, lobster and chocolate….who knows what the evening will hold when love is in the air at Anakeesta this Valentine’s Day?”
In fact, the location has become so popular for proposals a Pinterest page has been set up by local photographer Sarah Robinette, owner of A Lifetime Photography, offering ideas of how and where to propose in the park.
This year Anakeesta is ready to take the next step from proposal venue to wedding venue.  Wedding packages are slated to be announced by Anakeesta this Spring.
Anakeesta is located in and above the heart of downtown Gatlinburg at 576 Parkway, Gatlinburg, TN 37738 (traffic light #5). Visit or call 865-325-2400 for information about visiting the park.
