How to Obtain a Marriage License in Tennessee

Are you planning to have a Gatlinburg wedding in the near future? Save time by submitting an online marriage license pre-application directly through the Sevier County's Clerks Office Website. Just fill out the form for your Tennessee marriage licence and submit along with your payment. They accept VISA and Master card. Then within the next 30 days you will need to pick up your marriage license in Tennessee at one of their conveniently located offices listed below. Both parties must be present and have with them a legal form of identification to complete the application for marrriage in Tennessee. All Current State Laws apply to couples that complete an online pre-application form for a Tennessee marriage licence. Couples under 18 years of age will NOT be allowed to complete and submit an online pre-application form for marrriage in Tennessee. Couples completing an online application form will be given a receipt for their transaction.
