The Gatlinburg Chamber of Commerce offers its Regular members a wide variety of services and benefits:

Gatlinburg Vacation Guide

A free 30-word listing in The Gatlinburg Vacation Guide with the opportunity to purchase display advertising. The Chamber prints and distributes over 700,000 copies of the Gatlinburg Vacation Guide annually. The guide, with detailed information about attractions, events, lodging, restaurants, and shopping, caters to traveling families as well as travel agents, AAA offices, groups and visitors centers.

Web Site

A free 30-word listing with the opportunity to purchase a hyperlink, enhanced/detail listing with landing page, banner advertisement or have a web page designed on the Chamber's web site, gatlinburg.com, which boasts over 3 million visitors annually.

Visitor Inquiries

The Chamber records just over 180,000 requests for visitor, real estate, and relocation information each year. These inquiries are available to regular members and can be picked up as a printout, transcribed by hand or emailed daily to participating businesses. There are minimal monthly fees charged for some of these services.

Visitor Referrals

Area Consultants relay general Gatlinburg information to incoming inquiry calls and information regarding members. The Chamber's referral program allows member a 30 word description providing Area consultants with the most up to date information on each member; a scientific random referral program which helps to create fair opportunity to each member.

Membership Directory

Members doing business with other members is the goal behind the membership directory. This directory offers members an alphabetical listing and categorical listing with the opportunity to purchase advertising space. It is mailed annually to the entire membership.

Targeted Mailings

The Chamber's membership database is the perfect resource for promotional targeted direct mailings to local businesses. It is available to members in printout form, mailing labels, or cd. There may be costs involved with labels or cd.

Mountain Views

Mountain views is a valuable resource to keep up with the latest chamber events, programs, local economic trends, and tourism news. Consider Mountain Views for targeted advertising focused toward other Gatlinburg businesses. This is sent to approximately 1,000 businesses quarterly.

Educational Seminars

Various seminars are offered throughout the year on topics of interest to our members.
